4. Shipping and Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • All orders are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) as the default option.
  • If you require a signature upon delivery, please reach out to us before placing your order. Additional costs may apply.
  • If a package is returned due to unsuccessful delivery (e.g., no one available to receive it when ATL is not permitted), a $20 fee will be applied for processing before reshipping or issuing a refund.

5. Returns and Refunds

  • Returned products must be unused and in their original condition, unless defective.
  • A restocking charge may apply if the returned item is not suitable for resale.
  • Change-of-mind returns may not be accepted for clearance items or custom-made products.

End User Agreement
1: REXEM takes no responsibility or liability, expressed or implied, for any death, disability, loss or damage that may occur from using REXEM products.
2: By using these products you waive any right to pursue REXEM Australia, it's director, employees, managers, owners, or any other entity associated REXEM, for death, disability, injury, loss or damage that occurs whilst using these products.
3: REXEM takes care in delivering quality Australian made products, but cannot foresee any potential issues with materials which are used to manufacture its products, and therefore cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, disability or death that may occur from using their products.
4: The end user takes full responsibility for the appropriate and lawful use of the products which they buy from REXEM and cannot hold REXEM liable for the end user's application for the products.
5: Reloading can be dangerous, be sure to follow the powder manufacturer’s specifications for the correct projectile weight.
6: By purchasing you agree to accept all terms and all liability.
