Thank you for choosing Rexem Australia! We are committed to processing and delivering your order promptly and securely. Please review our shipping terms carefully before placing your order.
1. Processing Time for In-Stock Products
For items listed as “In Stock,” our warehouse typically processes orders within 2–4 business days. This timeframe includes order verification, quality assurance, and packaging prior to shipment.
2. Restrictions for Oversized or Heavy Items
For orders containing items that are:
- Longer than 105 cm, or
- Heavier than 5 kg,
you must provide a valid physical delivery address.
PO Box addresses are not suitable for these items and may result in delivery delays or failures. Please ensure your provided address complies with these requirements to prevent disruptions.
3. General Shipping Information
We partner with various courier services based on your location and order specifications.
Delivery timelines depend on your address, the courier’s network, and the contents of your order.
A tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
4. Delivery Delays and Liability
While we strive to ensure swift dispatch and delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, suppliers, or other external factors beyond our control.

6. Domestic Shipping
All products on our website are eligible for domestic shipping.
By default, we do not offer signature-on-delivery or express shipping unless specifically requested by the customer via phone.
We provide competitive shipping rates through Australia Post and Sendle, with a flat rate of $12.00 for orders weighing under 5 kg.
Tracking information is provided for all orders.
Most orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours, depending on courier pickup schedules and the time of order placement.

7. International Shipping
International shipping is available only for die blocks, sizing dies, and resizing wax. Projectiles are not eligible for international shipment. Orders containing projectiles will be canceled, and we will contact you to discuss alternatives.
International shipments are sent via Australia Post with tracking information provided.
