  Reloading is potentially dangerous! Though REXEM takes the best care to deliver quality products, ultimately, your safety is your own responsibility. The purchaser understands the following:

1: REXEM takes no responsibility or liability, expressed or implied, for any death, disability, loss or damage that may occur from using REXEM products. 2: By using these products you waive any right to pursue REXEM Australia, it's employees, managers, owners, or any other entity associated REXEM, for death, disability, injury, loss or damage that occurs whilst using these products. 2: REXEM takes care in delivering quality Australian made products, but cannot foresee any potential issues with materials purchased which are used to manufacture its products, and therefore cannot be held liable for any loss, damage, disability or death that may occur from using their products. 3: the end user takes full responsibility for the appropriate and lawful use of the products which they buy from REXEM and cannot hold REXEM liable for the end user's application for the products. 4: reloading can be dangerous. Be sure to follow the powder manufacturer’s specifications for the correct projectile weight. 5: By purchasing you agree to accept these terms and all liability.
